Over the past few years we have held a charity auction night, with marvellous amounts of money being raised for our chosen charities. In August 2005 we raised £14382.78 and in May 2006 we raised £10375.92 and in September 2007 a massive £18743.28.
Thse three events were only possible due to the over whelming support of local and national companies, suppliers and of course family and friends.
The time has now come to organise this year’s charity auction which will be held on Saturday the 4th September 2010. The event will take place at Graeme and Nicky Barlow’s home on Southport Road, Leyland, there will be a hog roast, a bar, a disco, live music plus much more.
This year we will be raising sponsorship for Graeme Barlow to climb Kilimanjaro in aid of Help For Hero’s and the Rosemere Cancer Foundation, both charities being very close to the hearts of the Barlow family.
We are hoping that people will be able to give us their most valued support and would be grateful for any donations that we can use for auction lots or raffle prizes.
Why not come along and enjoy the evening, tickets are available at £25 each which will include a hog roast. Tables of 10 or 12 can be reserved, please telephone Graeme on 07776147737 or Kim on 01772 600395 for details.
Thank you once again for your on going valued support, kindness and generosity which will play a major role in the success of our 2010 charity auction.
I look forward to hearing from you in the very near future.
NEW MOTO CINCH BIKE TRANSPORTATION
PERFECT SOLUTION FOR TRANSPORTING
MOTORBIKES IN TRAILERS
The Moto Cinch product enables users to secure their motorbikes safely
and quickly without having to use ratchet straps. It also functions as an
additional shock absorber when travelling. Pressure is not exerted on the
suspension as the bike is locked down on the suspension for travelling.
Moto Cinch is an ideal way of transporting motorbikes to shows, events
and competitions and can be used with most of our trailers by fitting two
small connectors to the floor. It is particularly suited to Box Vans and
P6e/P7e trailers.
Fitting Moto Cinch to a trailer allows owners to better organise their
motorcycles and keep them in unlocked positions for long-term storage.
Moto Cinch is manufactured with Aircraft Grade Aluminium with a
brushed finish. It is light-weight and yet very strong.
Moto Cinch fits most make and models of off-road motorcycles. The
bolt-through anchors and body of the Moto Cinch keep your motorcycles
secure in the toughest and most extreme terrains while reducing the load
normally placed on front suspension springs and seals.
Moto Cinch will be marketed through some motorbike retail outlets
although Ifor Williams Trailers is the only trailer manufacturer with
exclusive rights to market and retail Moto Cinch.
At the 2008 World Motocross Championships in Donnington, the Moto
Cinch was fitted to an Ifor Williams box van on display on the Moto Cinch
stand, resulting in huge interest; over 400 orders were taken for Moto
Cinch during the show.

a single axle.

Interior width 4’ (1219mm)
Gross Capacity 1500kg
Unladen weight 370Kg
Payload 1130Kg

The trailer is available to be ordered now, please call 01772 600395
GH64 with 4’ 9” ramp (bevelled edge, no mesh infill)
GH64 with 3’ 9” ramp and mesh infill
As the GH64 is single axle the trailer is being supplied with a spare wheel as standard.
The GH64 trailer, being single axle, can be readily manoeuvred by hand even with an excavator loaded. This
point was made to us by a local user of the GH64 who also likes the trailer because it is so neat and
convenient to use.
NEW PLANT TRAILER MODEL OPTION: GH94 with Breaker Storage.
As a result of collaboration between Ifor Williams Trailers, Balfour
Beatty, JCB and Kubota, we have designed and manufactured an
integral breaker and attachment storage solution for the GH94.
The breaker storage has been designed to accommodate a widely
used breaker, an Atlas Copco SB102. If you are intending to order
the trailer to fit a different breaker, please contact us to
check the specification as various breaker attachments will differ in
size.
The breaker storage offers flexibility and improved health & safety
for operators through;
1. enabling users to securely store the valuable breaker using
the excavator boom, avoiding manual handling of the
breaker, while still transporting an excavator with the bucket
resting on top of the storage unit.
2. enabling transportation of the excavator with the breaker
already attached, which avoids the lifting and manoeuvring of
heavy attachments by the operator.
This trailer was very well received and was recently shortlisted in the
Safety and Health Practitioner Awards in the Partnership Initiative of
the Year category.
These trailers are now available to order, for further details on plant
model suitability, pricing and lead times, please contact us on 01772 600395.
