We have over 200 trailers in stock and a massive, well stocked, stores department, to ensure we provide our customers with the RIGHT product at the RIGHT price at the RIGHT time.

We have aimed to provide a quick, simple, easy to use web site where our vast range of available trailers can be viewed and our parts and accessories purchased quickly from the comfort of your own home. We hope you enjoy your experience with us and any comments good or bad will be gladly welcome.

The following information should provide you with all the information you need to get started shopping with us online. If you would prefer not to order via the website you can email your order by stipulating exactly what you require and how many, or you can fax us on 01772 601389 or telephone us on 01772 600395. Please note however, that prices shown on the web site may be exclusive online prices and in-store prices may vary in comparison.

Purchasing

To make a purchase it could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

New Customers
If you have not purchased before you will be required to enter all your details and create a password for future log in details. This will allow you to shop faster in the future, track the status of your current orders and review your previous orders.

Existing Customers
If you have already logged in using your password your existing details and current order will be shown on-screen, if not you will be asked to log in.

Payment and Security

Payment may be made by Paypal, credit or debit card using the following:- Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron and Solo. We regret we are unable to accept American Express for Internet purchases. As goods are subject to availability we do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. It is when an order is ready to be shipped payments are made via our credit and debit card secure payment

Shipping And Handling

For deliveries to UK mainland only there is a standard rate of £3.95 for orders up to 1kg in weight, for orders above 1kg please see the table below. Our website calculates the weight of your order and postage and packaging will be charged accordingly. The appropriate charge will be automatically added to your order before any transaction is completed to allow alterations or cancellations if required.

UK Mainland:
For parcels up to:
0.5kg: £2.95
1kg: £3.95
1.5kg: £4.95
2kg: £5.95
3kg: £6.95
4kg - 25kg: £7.95

We can send as many products as you wish up to 25kg for the one delivery charge of £7.95, however to assist safe handling the maximum parcel dimensions that can be accepted are 2.10m x 1.05m x 1.05m. In the event that an order exceeds this size or weight we would have to re-assess postage, as your order may have to be split into 2 parcels. If this should happen we would email you and give you the opportunity to pay the additional postage or cancel your order.

Outside UK Mainland:
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands please contact us for postage details.

Delivery Schedule

On receipt of your order, goods will normally be dispatched within 48hrs, dependent on current stock levels. If a product should be out of stock orders will be completed and dispatched a.s.a.p.

Once dispatched, delivery to UK mainland addresses will normally be within 1 - 2 working days (Mon-Fri). For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands delivery will take longer, please contact us for further details.

We are unable to deliver to addresses containing a PO Box number or FREEPOST addresses.

BFPO orders are dispatched by Royal mail and may be subject to delays therefore we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day.

We will deliver to the address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode, please check it using the Post Office address finding service.

If in the unlikely event that your goods are not received within 10 working days of ordering, please notify us by email or by telephone on 017772 600395 and quote your order number We cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay on delivery of the goods

Receiving Your Goods

Please note that a majority of deliveries are sent by Courier and MUST be signed for. If there is no-one in to receive the parcel a card will be left so a more convenient time can be arranged for delivery.

If the goods are not checked on receipt please sign as unchecked, otherwise any claims for damage caused in transit would not be upheld by the courier.

If you have any special requirements, please ensure you leave details in the comments section of your order or call us to make us aware of the details. Please note that a charge may apply for special arrangements.

Checking the Status of Your Order

You can check the status of your order by checking your 'Order History' of your account or phone us direct on 01772 600395

Our Guarantee

If at any time you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, please notify us by email within 2 working days of your delivery. You should then arrange for the unwanted items to be returned to us in the condition in which they were received. We recommend you send the goods recorded delivery for your own protection. On receipt of the returned goods we will arrange for your account to be credited with the full cost of the goods only.

Please note credit card companies do not allow refunds to any other card. You must allow 7 working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Faulty/Damaged Items
All of our products are covered by a 12 month warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.

Upon receipt of your goods please inspect to ensure your goods are in good condition. Please note that we will cover the cost of return where the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.

Please contact us for returns authorization before sending the goods back or we may be unable to process your claim.

Unwanted Items
Items may be returned providing that you do so within 7 days of receipt in an unused condition and fully packaged in original packaging so the item can be re-sold to another customer. Used items etc may not be returned. Please contact us for returns authorization before sending the goods back or we will be unable to process your claim.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns so please ensure you return them via an appropriate courier or insured method as we do not accept any liability until received by us. Also please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the descriptions, images and specifications provided on our website are correct, however technical data, dimensions and weights serve as a guide only. Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we'll do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.
